The Yoga Course covers an elementary knowledge of Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Meditation, Bandha, Shatkarma, Anatomy & Physiology, ,Yin Yoga Philosophy. This is a Short-Term Yoga Course in Rishikesh, India which is completed within 8 Days. This 8 Days Course is affordable and most suitable for beginners.

Our 85-hours Yin Yoga Course is for all walks of life people. 85 Yin Hours Yoga Course program is a YACEP program with Yoga Alliance USA. This short-term yoga course can assist you to connect with like-minded people. With this program, you will immerse yourself in yoga practice and theory.

Food & Accommodation

Clean and comfortable accommodation comprises of single private rooms and double shared rooms with attached washrooms. Three highly nutritious, healthy and sattvic meal per day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Our yogic diet food is perfect for nourishing the mind, body and soul. Detox and herbal teas are served twice a day.

1. Introduction to Yin Yoga Asana

4.Body meridians

Meridians are energy channels that transport energy and life through your body. They affect how you think, feel, and your overall health. When the meridian pathways are open and clear, pranas freely flow through your body to maintain harmony and balance. Practitioners are taught asanas that target these body meridians.
