The course syllabus of the 200 Hours Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Program entails the topic of yoga philosophy, both physical & spiritual anatomy, and physiology of Kundalini Yoga. In order to make you understand the deep layers of Kundalini Awakening, we teach you specific techniques such as Detox cleansing exercise, Kundalini joint movements, Kundalini postures, Traditional breathing practices, and Kriya Yoga practices. At the end of the program, different assessments are conducted to test your teaching skills as a certified Kundalini yoga teacher.
