Detailed Study Material and Yoga books are included in this advanced-level course. Course Syllabus 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training —

We have designed 300 Hours YTTC program syllabus to fulfill the objectives containing philosophical and practical aspects of Yoga. The daily schedule of a program includes the advanced theory and practice of the different yogic techniques or practices. The practices of yoga involve alignment and assistance techniques. In this course, students will learn the teaching skills and practice advanced level yoga teaching. This 28-day yoga course will teach you communication skills in yoga teaching practice. Students will learn about anatomy and physiology and their applications. You will also learn about Yoga Philosophy, Therapeutics of yoga practices, Yoga Nidra, and ethics for yoga teachers.

1. Recitation of Sacred Sound (Mantra Chanting)

The purpose of mantra chanting in yoga is to generate vibrations and connect with the universe. Each mantra is special and rich with spiritual energy.

What are the pre-requisites to join 300 Hours YTTC? —

The only pre-requisites to join the 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in India is that you should have the fundamental knowledge of Asanas, Meditation, and Pranayam. We encourage students who have already completed the 200 hours YTT to join this program to re-sharpen their skills and gather in-depth knowledge of yoga and its principles. A 200-hour teacher training course Certificate from Yoga Alliance USA is a must before participating in the 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course.
