Clean and comfortable accommodation comprises of single private rooms and double shared rooms with attached washrooms. Three highly nutritious, healthy and sattvic meal per day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Our yogic diet food is perfect for nourishing the mind, body and soul. 100 Hours Kundalini Yoga Course covers all the significant aspects of Kundalini Yoga. Here, you will learn excellent techniques to detox, heal, and raise energy levels on physical and mental levels. You will understand how to awaken this dormant cosmic energy and how to balance the underactive and overactive chakras. The course will give you precise knowledge and practical application of Asanas, Pranayama, Shatkarma, Bandha, and Mudra. You will also learn Human Anatomy and Physiology, Yogic philosophy including the origin of Yoga, Patanjali, and the Vedas.
